Tim’s story , Our Family Story
In order to allow myself to finally move on and breathe a year after my brother died and let go of such a difficult year for myself and our family we have discussed our case with wills/estate lawyers at length. We have been told that we have an excellent case. Under the law there are several things that have to be proven to contest a Will. I hired a lawyer from Vancouver who does nothing but contest wills and estates for families who have been wronged.. They said that we went above and beyond proving it. We can easily win .. however…. We’ve all discussed it and decided as this would be a two or three year litigation and cost not only us but she would probably use up all of Tim’s assets fighting it that we want to move on with our life and forget all this pain. So we’ve decided because we don’t believe in paying back evil for evil, so even though we know it wasn’t our brothers wishes I’m not putting myself or anyone else… including even her thru any more pain.
